The villa was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a luxurious feel. the owners were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even surprised us with delicious cooked steaks from their BBQ. the Wi-fi was excellent and my partner loved playing on the PlayStation. the location was a bit secluded, but everything was still accessible. We didn't need to rent a car as the local taxis were reliable and reasonably priced. There was also a charming tavern within walking distance.
One thing to note about the location is that it may not be suitable for families with young children. the lack of sidewalks in the immediate area made walking a bit hazardous.

The hosts at Villa Anna Maria were incredibly friendly and helpful. The villa was spotless and had a fantastic view from both the bedrooms, terrace, pool, and sunbeds. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were two very good restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect. Private parking was provided and there was a beautiful 300-year-old olive tree in the garden.
Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.

The villa was amazing with spectacular views. The owners were friendly and attentive. Wi-fi and PlayStation were great. Local taxis were reliable and reasonable. Nearby taverna within walking distance. Great location for exploring Zante Town. Exceptional views from the villa. Host Anna-Maria was always available.

the villa itself exceeded our expectations , it was luxurious, clean, well, maintained. the photos accurately depicted the villa, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge stocked with soft drinks, wine, water, and biscuits upon our arrival. the beds were comfortable, the rooms were air, conditioned, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the PS4 with new games and Netflix on all the TVs. the outdoor area was fabulous, with a great pool, plenty of sunbeds, and seating. the view from the villa was stunning, and it was incredibly relaxing to sit in the garden or on the terrace and watch the boats pass by. the hosts were helpful and made us feel at home throughout our stay. the cleaning service was thorough, and we were impressed with how spotless the villa and outdoor area were kept. we loved our time at Vιlla Anna, Maria Villa!

Fantastic villa with luxurious amenities and stunning views. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. PS4 and Netflix for entertainment. Fabulous outdoor area with pool, sunbeds, and seating. Thorough cleaning every two days.
Felt like it was our own home, nothing too much trouble.

I had an amazing stay at a stunning villa with breathtaking views. The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even surprised us with delicious cooked steaks from their BBQ! The villa was well-equipped with Wi-fi and a PlayStation for entertainment. Although it is a bit remote, we easily took local taxis to explore the area. There is also a charming tavern within walking distance. I highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
